Hanging eggs on a tree has been a tradition of ours for about 8 years...last year we had to decorate a bush but this year I asked Trevor to trim a branch from our tree and I tied it to the fence...I love it and the lambs do too!!
The boys did a great job in hanging, sharing and taking turns with the eggs.
L has such concentration for hanging eggs on a twig, on a branch, tied to a fence :)
A made sure each egg was empty before he hung it :)
T loved the orange eggs and put them all in the same place :)
S stood back and watched at first but once he saw what everyone else was doing he
was all over it :)
Baby L was napping when the big boys decorated the tree but once he saw what they had done he loved trying to un-do the decorating by batting at the eggs then trying to re-hang those he got off :)
After decorating the tree each of the lambs wanted a bucket
(need I say more??)
Funny things said this Spring day...
T: "I'm playing Easter, want to help?" L: "Look at all my rooster eggs..."
I think S is done "playing" Easter with the "porkie-pines" and wants the "real" plastic, candy, filled eggs :)
