This week...

My wonderful neighbors came down this week and asked me to pick tangerines
from the tree before they spoiled...so the lambs and I went up and picked  until each lamb held
one in each hand...one lamb put his in the chalk box, one gave me his for later, and one said
"no tank you" but C and M
came in sat down peeled and inhaled before I could blink:)
Now M is always pointing to the tree and asking for more "oranges..tree...more...go" There is no stopping her now that she
knows where they come from.

C and T are playing Cho-Cho train around the house.  T even chugged backwards to put his coach in the shed...C being the coach and the shed being the couch.

This one might make the Christmas gift cut:) the boys were all racing the trucks, cars and skateboard down the driveway but M was off having a great time playing on the rocks and slide...she would slide down then run to the rock up then down around the tree and back around to the slide... up,down and around.

These need no comment...:)

Why???

I have learned that teenagers and 1-5 year olds have a lot in common...

~ can't make up their minds over simple things
~ stomp their feet when angry
~ get a glazed look in their eyes when getting scolded
~ can't put things away...with out being asked or with out complaining
~ clothes don't always match
~want what everyone else has...rarely happy with what they have in their hands
~ask questions you are not prepared to answer

I'm sure I could come up with a few more but it is getting late...so being the mother of 2 teenagers why can't I get my teenagers to........

Pull grass out of the bricks!!!  S and C had a great time!!!
I must say "get the roots" a lot because the boys kept telling me they were pulling roots :)

Sidewalk Chalk

After I had told L a few times not to eat the chalk C came over and said "don't put the chalk in your mouth baby L you put it on the ground like this and move it up and down...see". L just sat and watched then he took every piece out of the box and set it down in front of him and looked...a few hoo's later he put them all back in the box. I wondered if he was waiting for C to come back and show him how it worked again. :)

A Morning Chat

C and L were just talking as they waited for all their firends to come...

She's a favorite...

Nature Hike

Trevor heard a wood pecker and so off the lambs went to see if they could find it.
I think they found a lizard instead.

Too Cute!!!

New Year of Fun

It has already been a fun 2012...only 2 weeks in I already have over a hundred pictures of your little lambs!!
Here are a few from the Nerf battles...each has their own gun, darts, target (mostly Tyler) and fun.

I finally had to give them a target to shoot...too many darts were going on the
roof because they were shooting the Christmas lights. :)

I guess this swing is as much fun on the ground as it is up:) He never got hit by a dart even though they were buzzing all around. Later on in the day he found a few on the ground that the big kids had to "rescue" from an open mouth.
